Basic Service

Basic Service Plus

  2. Telephone and facsimile
  3. Telephone answering, message taking
  4. Unlimited SMS message relaying per month
  5. Mail and package handling
  6. Outgoing fax (local lines only)
  7. Relaying of received fax through email
  8. Scanning and emailing
  9. Unlimited names of persons under your company
  10. Inquiry handling service
  11. 3 hours of workstation usage per month with high-speed internet acess.
  12. Availment of secretarial and messengerial services

Rate: Php 2,000.00 per month + VAT

Minimum of one (1) year contract
plus security deposit of Php 3,000.00

Superior Service

Includes all the benefits in the Basic Service Plus plus:

  1. Dedicated telephone number answered in your business name.
  2. Eight (8) hours usage of a meeting room (executive office type) per month or 10 hours of workstation usage per month.
  3. Free 50 business cards and letterhead upon subscription

Rate: Php 4,500 per month + VAT

Minimum of three (3) months contract
plus security deposit of Php 3,000.00

In-House Service A

  1. Usage of workstation (4 hours a day)
  2. Prestigious Makati business address for letterhead, business cards and marketing materials
  3. Telefax
  4. Telephone answering, message taking and relaying
  5. Mail and package handling
  6. Availment of all office services
      • 3 hours Conference room usage per month
      • Secretarial and messengerial services
      • Message, mail and package handling
      • Printer service, office supplies, equipment rental and other services

    Rate: Php 4,500 per month + VAT

    plus security deposit of Php 4,500.00

In-House Service B

  • Usage of Work station for regular office hours ( 8 hours a day)
  • Prestigious Makati business address for letterhead, business cards and marketing materials
  • Telephone (trunk line),facsimile (trunk line)
  • Telephone answering, message taking and relaying
  • Mail and package handling
  • Availment of all office services
      • 6 hours Conference room usage per month
      • Secretarial and messengerial services
      • Message, mail and package handling
      • Printer service, office supplies, equipment rental and other services

    Rate: Php 9,000 per month plus VAT

    plus security deposit of Php 9,000.00

For the above plans, 5 & 10% discounts can be arranged for semi-annual and annual contracts respectively. The full contract period should be pre-paid and a Php 3,000.00 security deposit is required. Services are billed on a monthly basis.

The business center is open from 8:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday and 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 nn on Saturdays. Special arrangements can be made for service outside these hours.

Offices & Work Stations
You will enjoy the ambience of a luxuriously furnished executive office, with a convenient ground floor location. Each office has a standard furniture layout, however, they can be modified to fit the requirements of individual clients. Additional furnishings or equipment can be provided upon request. Parking is free.

Telephones 
Each room, cubicle or workstation has a dedicated telephone for incoming calls. Calls can be handled by the reception and then forwarded to you, wherever you are, upon request.

Internet 
All rooms, cubicles and workstations are wired for high-speed internet access for a minimal charge. Clients can also use the phone lines in the room or cubicle to access the Internet, just like a regular dial-up connection.

Rates

Rates for each office vary depending on the size, location and set-up and are available upon request. For the client’s convenience, the rates quoted are inclusive of electricity, airconditioning, water, dues, basic telephone rental, security, and janitorial services. Free coffee, tea, or and juices for our clients are also provided.

Terms 
The standard contract term is quarterly, paid in advance, with security deposit (i.e. nothing more to pay for 3 months except services used). Shorter periods may be considered and longer contract terms can merit discounts.

*Please note conference/seminar rooms are an additional cost and charged at hourly/day rates.
